In regards to rental fees:Fees are based on the time you have equipment away from the store. In other words from the time you leave to time you bring it back regardless of whether you use it or not. If the equipment breaks or you can't get it started or you having a problem, call immediately (847-432-0045). Bringing it back the next day and saying it doesnt work or it rained out or I didn't use it or I forgot to bring it back, does not entitled you to a reduction of the rental fee. Any problems call the Rental Department immediately (not the ACE Hardware Store personnel).
Staged Events or some parties may be deemed as an event-fee and are subject to different pricing structure please see store for details.
